Job satisfaction means work that we do must be of interest to us, we like that job, work environment, suitable tools, equipment, must suit, match our education, skill and experience, and above all there must be good income, earning, perks etc., etc., Above all, the work that we have completed must be of quality, maximum quantity, positive productivity, must satisfy our customers, company, Must be appreciated by our colleagues, our employers etc., Must contribute for economic development, most importantly our Country. Company, Customer and Colleagues - three C's must be happy with our wonderful work, our behavior etc., Work is worship, so our work / office place is like temple. Community and teamwork benefits

Being with community is always good and we can share everything. Help each other whenever needs arises and face problems and solve the same with the guidance and support of community members. Community means co-operation, co-ordination, togetherness, tolerance etc., Wonderful teamwork is possible with community members to complete the undertaken task.

Any work which is being done as a team can be assured of success. Available work can be planned and allocated to each team member according to their expertise in that field. Knowledge of each member will be shared with one another and best ideas will be chosen, and job will be carried on according to the idea and plans. When any error or mistake happens one or other will point out that error and it’s always possible that mistake will be rectified appropriately. There’s a saying “Two heads are better than one.” Best quality productivity can be achieved with group work. Also assigned task will be quickly done with group work rather than done as an individual person. End result is speed, quality, and maximum quantity of finished job. When one member of the team can’t attend to the assigned work due to some reason, another member of that team can take up that part of the work.  Above all, if there’s a good co-operation, communication exists among team members and if they work as a family, amazing result can be achieved.

Team or group head must ensure good co-ordination exist among the team members.
