"The existence of sea means the existence of pirates." Malaysian Proverb. Yes, if it is Sea, in that Ship and also Shark must be there, then only it is Sea. If there's a pond, in the water and some fish must be there, then only it is a pond. Similarly, if it is a Website, in that some meaningful text content along with some pictures must be there, probably products and services picture, then only it's Web page, otherwise it will be nothing.
